# CoEdify > CoEdify is an engineering company that sets up AI coding agents for software teams and automates repetitive work, such as invoices, order checks and customer emails, for other businesses. Its tagline: "AI does the work. You make the call." People keep the decisions that matter. CoEdify Technology LLP was founded in 2019 by Md Nadeem and is based in Noida, India. ## What CoEdify does CoEdify has three services. CoEdify sets up repository rules, acceptance criteria, tests and CI checks, independent review and human approval, and proves the system on one real deliverable. CoEdify designs and builds AI features (natural-language questions over product data, in-product assistants, agent workflows, evaluation) and the platform work under them. ## How engagements work 1. A 30-minute call with the founder. 2. A scoped two-week first phase that ends in a working deliverable the client reviews against the agreed scope. It is the first phase, not a promise that a whole system is finished in two weeks. 3. If the first phase doesn't satisfy the client, they don't pay for it. If it does, they choose to extend it, make it sturdier for everyday use, or stop. Pricing depends on the nature of the work; the first phase is quoted before anything starts.
